The DJ promo list

Where it is

Open Promo Lab, then the DJ Promo tab. Everything about who gets your promos lives here: the contact list, the tiers, and the blast composer.

Add one contact

1. Click Add contact.
2. Fill in the name, then whichever ways you can reach them: Instagram handle, WhatsApp number, email.
3. Pick a tier. Priority is the DJs who always get it first, Standard is everyone else, New is someone you have just met.
4. Add a genre or a note if it helps you pick later. Save.

Import a CSV

1. Click Import CSV and choose the file.
2. The file needs a name column. It can also carry instagram, email, whatsapp or phone, genre, tier and notes. Column names are matched loosely, so IG handle or Mobile work too.
3. Rows without a name are skipped. A tier that is not priority, standard or new lands as standard.
4. A toast tells you how many came in.

Read contacts off a screenshot

1. Click From screenshot and choose one or more images: a DM list, a group chat, a contact card, a list someone sent you.
2. The names, handles and numbers found are shown as a review queue. Nothing is saved yet.
3. Untick anything that looks wrong, fix a handle or a number in place, then tap Add.
4. Anyone already on your list is left out, so scanning the same screenshot twice does not double anyone up.

Send a promo

1. Tick the DJs who should get it, or filter by tier and search by name first.
2. Click Send promo to and write the message. The link to the promo goes in with it.
3. Pick the channel: Instagram, WhatsApp or email.
4. Review the preview and approve. Nothing goes out until you do.
